ARE YOU REQUIRED TO GET AN ALCOHOL & DRUG ASSESSMENT?

IMPACT is the largest provider of alcohol and drug screening, assessment and referral services in Wisconsin. We offer:

  • Operating while intoxicated [OWI] assessments
  • Other court-ordered assessments
  • Professional licensing boards assessments
  • Substance abuse professional [SAP] evaluations

What to Expect
As part of the Intoxicated Driver Program (IDP), IMPACT counselors conduct a conversational interview based on a series of questions regarding drinking, drug use, and related issues. Your counselor will discuss the results of the assessment with you and, based on the findings, recommend a course of action which may include education or treatment.

Schedule an Appointment
Appointments are scheduled Mondays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Fees vary based on the type of assessment needed. Call 414-443-6000 to schedule an appointment.
