Creating Positive Outcomes.

  • Ninety-eight percent of our clients report a better understanding of available resources for help.
  • Seventy-two percent of our clients say that the quality of their lives has improved.
  • IMPACT's OWI clients have the third lowest re-offense rate of all counties in Wisconsin.
  • Seventy-six percent of the OWI clients that we refer to treatment complete their program compared to the state average of 62 percent.

The Assessment Process

Our counselors offer a pleasant and professional experience where clients feel supported and motivated to resolve their dilemma. The assessment is a conversational interview based on a series of questions regarding drinking, drug use, and related issues. Your counselor will discuss the results of the assessment with you and, based on the findings, recommend a course of action which may include education or treatment.
