IMPACT is concerned about the health and safety of those who access our services and our employees during the COVID-19 public health emergency. We have temporarily suspended face-to-face appointments, however current and future appointments will be conducted over the phone at the designated appointment time. Please do not visit our office locations as they are closed to the public until further notice. We know this is a very difficult time for everyone but we are doing our best to provide services while respecting the Safer At Home order.

IMPACT 2-1-1 employees and volunteers are working from home 24-hours a day to help individuals access information, assistance and referral to community resources. Call 211 or toll-free 1-866-211-3380. You can also text your ZIP Code to 898-211. At times, we are experiencing higher call volumes than normal so we appreciate your patience. Our system provides a call-back feature which ensures your spot in queue. You will be prompted to request a call back.

Access Point for Comprehensive Alcohol & Drug Abuse Screening is conducting assessments by phone. Please be aware that some treatment providers are not accepting new referrals at this time. Please call 414-649-4380 for information and assistance.

Milwaukee County Intoxicated Driver Program: All appointments will be conducted over the phone. To schedule an appointment, call 414-443-6000. Please direct questions about your appointment to 414-256-4808. For case management of your Driver Safety Plan, call 414-443-6012.

Coordinated Entry to Homeless Services’ mobile screeners will continue to provide information and referrals for shelter or housing placement to individuals experiencing homelessness. To reach the Coordinated Entry team, email or call 211.

IMPACT 211 Resource Department is continuing to make updates to the resource directory as COVID-19 affects program service delivery and availability.
