We have temporarily suspended face-to-face appointments, however current and future appointments will be conducted over the phone at the designated appointment time.

IMPACT 211 is available 24-hours a day to help you access information, assistance, and referral to community resources. Call 211 or toll-free 866-211-3380. You can also text your ZIP Code to 898-211. As we are experiencing a higher call volume than normal, we appreciate your patience. Our system provides a convenient call-back feature, which saves your spot in the queue. You will be prompted to request a call back.

Milwaukee County Intoxicated Driver Program

Coordinated Entry to Homeless Services
Mobile screeners will continue to provide information and referrals for shelter or housing placement to individuals experiencing homelessness. To reach the Coordinated Entry team, call 211 or email us now.

IMPACT 211 Resource Department
As COVID-19 affects program service delivery and availability, our 211resource department is available to make any needed updates to the resource directory. Please provide detailed information, as well as emergency contact information (cell phone and/or email address), so that we may reach you to confirm your resource update, if necessary.
