Affiliate Information

IMPACT Workplace Services maintains an extensive network of affiliate providers located throughout the United States to ensure that client company employees and their family members have access to quality clinical assistance.

All affiliates are screened to ensure they possess the appropriate credentials, insurance and licensure. Additionally, affiliates must agree to meet IMPACT Workplace Services' standards for appointment availability, crisis response time and EAP practices. Provider affiliates may conduct the following activities under IMPACT's direction and supervision:

• Assessment and referral services
• Short-term counseling
• Critical incident stress services
• Health promotion presentations
