Home Repair Program Evaluation
Partner: Rebuilding Together of Greater Milwaukee

Rebuilding Together of Greater Milwaukee engaged the services of IMPACT Planning & Evaluation in 2012 to summarize base-line data and establish a process that would allow the organization to determine the impact of its Housing Plus referral program. The initial effort established a logic model and allowed the breakdown of data to reflect services to the elderly, disabled and veterans. It also documented the key geographic location of clients and their demographic characteristics. In 2014, RTGM is working with IMPACT to provide an evaluation that can be used to verify reported results and outcomes based on the logic model developed in 2012. In addition, a process to collect residents’ perception of services will be established.” IMPACT is helping Rebuilding Together Greater Milwaukee to establish, test, maintain and use a performance and outcome measurement system. The system will help the agency better understand who its clients are, what services they need and the impact of its work.
