IMPACT 2-1-1 is a central access point for people in need. During times of personal crisis or community disaster, the free, confidential helpline and online resource directory make it easy for residents to get connected to information and assistance.
In Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, Ozaukee and Washington counties simply dial 2-1-1.

Locate services quickly and easily with IMPACT 2-1-1's online resource directory. The comprehensive database contains over 5,500 community programs.
Service providers can add or update program information to ensure that our database remains current. You must have a user name and password to gain access.

IMPACT 2-1-1 - 2011 Overview
In 2011, there were over 154,000 contacts with IMPACT 2-1-1 for assistance with family, health and human service needs for themselves, their families or their clients. A statistical profile of 2011 activity is now available.
IMPACT 2-1-1 is funded, in part, by local United Way organizations and county government.
