Internship Opportunities

IMPACT 2-1-1 has provided over 15 years of field placement opportunities for individuals seeking a career in a Human Services field. Interns from local colleges/universities and technical college receive exceptional call center training; valuable experience in assessment and intervention; and comprehensive knowledge about local, state and federal resources. IMPACT 2-1-1 training occurs three times yearly: January, May, and August.
