John Hyatt named IMPACT President & CEO

By: Vickie Boneck, Director of Marketing and Communications

IMPACT Board Chair Keith Anderson has announced that John M. Hyatt will replace Michael G. Davis as President and CEO. After 32 years of successful leadership, Mike retired on December 31, 2015.

John Hyatt joined the organization in 1994 and served as the Clinical Services Director before he was named Senior Vice President in 2000. He has been responsible for the programming and operations at IMPACT and has played a key role in elevating the organization as a recognized leader of access to family, health and social services.

“John is dedicated to creating a collaborative and productive work culture that is customer service-focused while also increasing efficiency and maximizing productivity,” Anderson said. “The board and I feel the organization is in excellent hands moving forward."

Sue Beck-Riekkoff, a program director at IMPACT, will begin serving as Chief Operating Officer under John.
