3) Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA)

of approximately 5,000 community anti-drug coalitions, CADCA
offers its members technical assistance and training and represents
them in the public policy arena.

comprehensive strategies that respond to the various harms

The principal purpose of ONDCP is to establish policies, priorities,
and objectives for the Nation's drug control program. The
goals of the program are to reduce illicit drug use, manufacturing,
