AODA Consultant

IMPACT is looking for an AODA Consultant to provide quality customer service to our clients. As part of the Assessment and Referral team, the AODA Consultant provides in-person and telephonic contact with clients, assesses their needs and provides recommendations for an appropriate referral to community resources. The AODA Consultant is also responsible for documentation and case management services to ensure high quality customer service and enhance the client’s opportunity for success. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday with two evenings.

Experience
Candidate must be a certified clinical substance abuse counselor, have a minimum of two years experience in the mental health field, and possess a solid knowledge of chemical dependency and abuse issues and recovery basics.

Community Resource Specialist

IMPACT is currently accepting resumes for the position of Community Resource Specialist for our 24 hour inbound call center. The primary responsibilities include answering 2-1-1@ IMPACT incoming telephone calls and providing information and assistance to customers within the scope of health, family, and social services. Candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the call center. Spanish and Hmong speaking individuals are encouraged to apply.

Experience
Minimum of one year customer service experience in a social services related field
Typing skills and computer proficiency necessary
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Must possess cultural competency skills to work effectively with diverse customers
Ability to adapt and apply on-going program development changes
